i think the point between the lines is that it is foolish to expect to take 5 minutes to vote and expect anything to change. Government in this nation is going to require a little more time from people who give a shit than a political education gleaned between innings, and a trip to the ballot box. If you don't like the way things are, do something other than complain, vote, or give up and advocate non participation. Go down to the county, state, or federal buildings, and make something happen.

Ok, im convinced. I will start voting again. But I want to hear a good explanation of how my vote counts. From me going to vote at the booth, to the President being elected. I have read that it is an indirect vote and that electors chosen by either party cast there vote. I also want to know what I can do help get 3rd party candidates in on debates.
