I've been watching your videos every day and considering to buy your program. I am getting a little confused though...I am in the process of slimming down but want to keep the muscle I've put on. I see you say that we should keep the weight training portion intense therefore no light weight high reps...what would you suggest instead? 12 10 8? should I still try to get stronger as though I am working out to gain?

@rseazy As long as you are drinking all the water you need each day (0.66 x bodyweight = ounces of water needed each day) an occasional soda here and there will not harm you. Water however should make up your main beverage.

Thanks for the videos Hugo, they're inspirational, and I'm definately going to watch them for motivation.
I was in shape....got married, gained some weight, had a family emergency, gained some weight, the economy effected my job, gained some weight. So needless to say, I need to go the other way.
I'm going to rededicate myself to the gym, and my diet, today in fact, and I just want to say thanks for the spark.
