  • hey how do u feel about like drinking diet dr pepper?

  • @rseazy As long as you are drinking all the water you need each day (0.66 x bodyweight = ounces of water needed each day) an occasional soda here and there will not harm you. Water however should make up your main beverage.

  • Thanks for the videos Hugo, they're inspirational, and I'm definately going to watch them for motivation.

I was in shape....got married, gained some weight, had a family emergency, gained some weight, the economy effected my job, gained some weight. So needless to say, I need to go the other way.

I'm going to rededicate myself to the gym, and my diet, today in fact, and I just want to say thanks for the spark.

  • @nashelto You are most welcome. I hope that you have started your journey to being back in shape. Best ! HR

  • this was great, layed down the basics real nicely :) thanks!

  • POTATOES? or sweet potatoes? it can make big difference right?

  • hey dude whats ur opinion about alcohol????

is around 3 beers a month a killer for bodybuilding????

  • Don Hugo,

I've been watching your videos every day and considering to buy your program. I am getting a little confused though...I am in the process of slimming down but want to keep the muscle I've put on. I see you say that we should keep the weight training portion intense therefore no light weight high reps...what would you suggest instead? 12 10 8? should I still try to get stronger as though I am working out to gain?

Thanks Hugo...your vids are great and definitely knowledgeable.
