Miley gets very sick, with cancer. Unfortunately, it becomes worse & Miley ends up passing away. Demi thinks of all the good times she had with Miley, and writes a poem about her. In the end, Demi is very sad- but thankful that she had Miley in her life.

i cry caz my bff died a few years ago and i didnt know untill she left caz ppl where scard to tell me . this remind me of her we were alawys there for each other and we would not go anywhere without each other no matter what it was kinda funny caz sometimes our parents would get mad caz they could never SEPREATE US ever we were like twins . i so miss her still it hurts insid to know that she is not next to me.and i never got to say good buy so that makes it worse
