Katie Taylor stars in new Lucozade Sport ad

Three times World Amateur Boxing champion, Katie Taylor stars in a brand new UK and Ireland ad campaign for Lucozade Sport. Katie stars alongside Brit award winning artist, Tinie Tempah and Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker.

The unlikely trio join forces to perform a special Lucozade remix of Tinie's 'Simply Unstoppable' to launch Lucozade's new YES campaign and demonstrate that when different forms of energy collide, great things happen.

The 90 second advert is the first of three music led films to be released by Lucozade this year which will celebrate YES moments by capturing energy in inspirational and infectious forms.

The ad was launched on Lucozade Sport's Facebook page www.facebook.com/lucozadeireland on 8th April. It will be available to view on YouTube via http://www.youtube.com/user/LucozadeIreland on Monday 11th April before airing on television for the first time during the Champions League quarter final second leg, between Manchester United and Chelsea on Tuesday (April 12th).
Filmed in Los Angeles, the ad was directed by noted music and commercial director, Jake Nava, who has previously directed music videos for artists including Beyonce, Kanye West and The Spice Girls.

The fact that it will be shown in the UK and Ireland is an added bonus. I am delighted to be an ambassador for Lucozade Sport. It is crucial for any athlete to stay hydrated and Lucoazade Sport plays an important part in my training regime."
