I am not an Arsenal or a Holland Fan but in my opinion Dennis Bergkamp is the best player to ever grace a football field. Forget Ronaldo this man was beautiful.

That's just a few of his brilliant goals, he scored so many memorable ones.

His true genius was his first touch on the ball and his sublime vision/passing skills, he is severely underrated in that respect.. He made everyone else better, just look at all the "stars" that made their name playing with Arsenal/Bergkamp, then left and were never nearly as good. Reyes, Henry, Pires, Anelka, Ljungberg...the list goes on and on...

The "Iceman" "the Maestro" "God" take your pick.

He scored the goal against Leicester before he scored the similar goal against Argentina. He knew that, if you can beat Matty Elliot, you can beat anyone. ;)

I remember watching an Arsenal game with a Liverpool fan and a shot of Pires came on the screen and we both said 'scum' at the same time. A few moments later Bergkamp came on and we both said 'class'.
