My own rendition of Eminem's track "Love the way you lie" featuring Rihanna.

I rewrote the lyrics for the verses and tried to change the theme of the song to a different view about love that's lost.

She always sit by the porch alone in an old folks home
Hoping that one day her son will come to bring her back home
She still reads what he wrote, it's been too long ago
Telling "mom I got two kids so it's too hard to afford"

But she still think that he didn't meant the words that he said
Cuz she brought him up all alone earning hard for his bread
Thinking it's her mistake, that her son turned up this way
She sits there praying to see him as she takes her last breath
