Tutorial - Homemade M72 LAW for Airsoft or Paintball

I am not making rocket or missile launchers anymore but I keep getting request for a tutorial video.
This is just a slide show of the pictures from my written instructions in INSTRUCTABLES.COM. This homemade M72A2 LAW laucher will launch a Nerf Pocket Vortex (discontinued product) about 100 yards. It can also launch mini tennis balls and anything else that will fit inside the schedule 40, 2 inch pvc tube.
I put in as many tips, hints and advice as i could remember to help you build your own air cannon.

@changm41 the shell he put in is used in paintball, look up the RAP4 striker and you'll see what I'm saying.

This video inspired me to make one myself, but im going to utilize the original firingsystem of one of the M72's i have hanging on my wall. Going to remove the ignitor and replace it with a bent pin on a hinge leading to the M68. Is the greengas working good? And how wide is the actual barrel compared to the grenade?

can u use compresed air instead of the airsoft shell

@MegaBagheads No. The grenade is the air chamber AND the valve system. without the grenade you just have a piece of PVC pipe.
