Nessie may or may not exist but just stop fighting over this whole subject of whether or not she exists. Leave those people who believe she's real alone! I'm one of those people who believe in Nessie because I'd like to believe that there is a shred of an amazing beast in such a boring and ordinary world.

Im not sure that "Nessie" exists, so much as that people WANT Nessie to exist. People love the Idea of mystery, and the world of the unknown, and are fascinated by the Idea that such an amazing creature could be in the water, out of sight, out of reach, but still THERE.
Im not saying Nessie doesn't exist, but I think that is a question that people need to ask themselves. Do you REALLY believe that Nessie exists? or do you just WANT to believe that Nessie exists?

Wasn't there a sighting back in April 2007? There was even some video footage of a large dark shape moving just below the surface of the Loch. The video is on Youtube.
