Silent Hill 4: The Room glitch

I found this glitch today in the game. But when I wanted to use the Fraps to snap it, the glitch is gone, so I made some short videos, and screenshots.
It's available only on 400x300 resolution in the game.

@tenge7 I will Save all of you if you got a problem:
go to the Silent hill 4 Floder Find a DLL file Called ''CheckSpec.dll'' Put it in your Desktop Now Run the Game You see you Can change it to 1024x768 or a bit higher And Then When you change it Put it back to your Silent hill and have fun. if You Really Want A High Resolution Use ArtMoney i dont trust it fully cuz i got a Trojan its maybe a fake you should Check the forum before using it.

The screen just turned really dark? I never had this happen but during the prison scene where Walter is chasing you (outside on the winding stairway) when you're with Eileen, the TV would turn off all by itself (no joke), over and over, and I literally had to get up and turn it back on each time. Has that ever happened to anyone else? It's really weird and I was thinking a game shouldn't be able to physically turn the TV off... right?

I feel kind of stupid right now, but what exactly is the glitch doing? It seems like it is randomly asking you to enter the hole, is that what it is?

No, the whole game was in black, I could see only the pictures on the wall.
