struggles with eating disordered thoughts come forward once more... here is an update on how i am handling the battle with the summer time here and the body image issues still also very present. encouragement for you...

Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness and an eating disorder is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.

your videos make me think alot about things,and what i need to improve on.
Ive started praying again more and im trying to treat others more nicely, my ed will not be overcome for a long time.
But im trying to find a balance with everything else in my life :)
i even hepled out by collecting for poor children, went out of my comfort zone and im very proud of myself for doing so..^^
you are an inspiration you have been through such a struggle and your still fighting!! KEEP FIGHTING honey!
