It's a patanosta rig nothing new or inventive about it but works well.

I normally have my main line then a float stop then a mini swivel with another float stop then have the feeder at the end on my mainline, then of the mini swivel i av a rig sleeve then hook link bout 6lb with size 8 hook. I normally make my own groundbait and use boilies with a piece of sweetcorn for colour for bream! But obvs you can use whatever bait you want!

This is a really good rig, worked a treat, had a nice dustbin lid bream from a river with this rig. Used sweetcorn and worm combo on the hook and standard bream, carp & tench groundbait. Size 18, barbless hook. 6lb line.

No you use a swim feeder with a feeder rig as video, see this video for float fishing.
