Reduced Iron (Iron filings) are approved as a means of fortifying cereal. The problem is dose control. Excess Iron is toxic, it can cause heart disease, heavy metal poisoning, cancer and infection.

Many pathogens feed on Iron and grow faster in its presence.

This experiment is perfectly repeatable if the cereal is fortified with reduced Iron. Moral, if you are having an MRI don't have cornflakes for breakfast.

BUT, that being said, the people that run this country, and the people that support these hypocrites, the people that support the plutocratic nature of our government make the decent citizens look bad, and all my hatred and all my insults go to them, not the average person.

@vallecaucano114 in that case i apologize for bringing it up again myself. i realize now its a really old comment. anyways, i hope you meet others from the U.S. that do change your perception of us. We are a melting pot of sooooo many different views that its easy to get lost in and its scary to think what some of my own fellow countrymen think about others.

@vallecaucano114 cause landing a craft safely on the moon, walking on the moon, departing safely from the moon, and returning safely to earth definitely isn't a huge technological advance that the U.S. made, no we must have stolen it from someone else. Anyway at least most of the Americans i know enjoy the rest of the world and don't insult other countries.
