"Is the Commons for the birds? - Question Period was not as gauche as usual today, which means there were actual moments when you could hear MPs speak. Believe me, that's rare. During QP the place is always on the verge af anarchy.

What can be done to curb the excessive partisanship, the name-calling, disrespect and other things MPs do that most Canadian hate watching? MPtv wondered about that, and set out to search this great land for solutions.

Here is one of them - the Centre for Conflict Resolution. Gayle Wiebe Oudeh and Nabil Oudeh present us with their take on political party bickering, decorum in the House of Commons, and how parliamentarians could communicate better. Their unique approach compares personality types to species of birds, and they also have some pointers for the great feathered one, PMSH, in the coming election." MPtv
