  • i have never seen an end use a 2-point

  • 1 point? Ima tell my coach that one. That should help me get the HB or QB.

  • @youarealooser The two point is better for containment because you have more speed, the three point is better for rushing the QB or HB because you have more power.

  • @19Kyle96 what i usally just do is let him push me back the tightend back a little back then throw him to the side when he lets off then get the HB

  • Defensive Ends can use a three-four point stance depending on the type of defense they're running, for example nickle D.

  • @youarealooser really because ive never seen a DE use a 3-point stance i only use 2-point

  • i play defensive end at my school and use the 2 point stance, our coaches tell us we are playing a 5-2 which is true because i play on the line of scrimage.. but really isn't a 3-4 because im not a down lineman??

  • My inside foot is always back, I swim or rip through the O tackle, when there's a tight end I'm ALWAYS outside of the tackle inside of the tight end.
