Well it's been a while in the mean time lol
The main roads are pretty doable (they are also rebuilding a lot of roads), except for a hole now and then. Smaller roads however can be very bad for your tires :P
To make the story short; I advise you to be alert on that, while keeping an eye on the road ;]
