This year I did not buy much to speak of, but my friends bought several items. Now that I think about it I should have bought some hard to find wire wound resistors, but I was busy talking to friends I had not seen for awhile. But the Raleigh hamfest is in just a few months.

How could you pass that pie without getting a piece!

Rick,
You've convinced me. Believe I'll take in next year's "Hanging Judge Ham Fest" in Ft. Smith. Only two hours from here. Should afford me enough time to amass a wad to spend.
I'd really like to take in one of the New Jersey Antique Radio Club (NJARC) swapmeets, but it's just too far to go for such a short time.
Thanks.
Regards,
John

Thanks John,
Everyone knows about Flea Markets, Antique Stores and eBay. But if you have an interest in electronic stuff, Hamfest/s are another excellent place to pursue the search. The search for stuff and knowledge.
Regards,
Rick

I usually need electronic parts but right now I'm well stocked. Of course that will change. I have bought many parts, radios, tube testes and other test equipment like VTVMs in the passed. It's always fun walking around hamfest's and this is a good one.
