I just love Yanagi in this song~ I think it's the epidome of what he can do before the accident. His voice, his dance, his acting, the way he just became one with Echizen Ryoma...
Yanagi is one of the best musical performers I know, and he still is!

kime-sama is the best Fuji actor ever! Though Aiba-sama is a good Fuji, Kime-sama is still WAY BETTER!

His vocal cords are severely damaged, not by the actually car crash, but because of the life-support system he was put on. Apparently, in Japan, life-support breaks your vocal cord.
He's about 19 when the accident occurred, so it's way past puberty.

Kimeru was always a singer. He sang Make you Free(there is two verison of this song) and You got Game for prince of tennis anime.

Eh? I thought Nagayama was the first cast Eiji? How come there are two? (Sorry about this, I started with the second cast you see. And I didn't really get to watch to the first cast)

In the 1st musical Ichitaro and Nagayama shared the role of Kikumaru but Nagayama only played in the summer run.
The original cast of the 2nd musical had Yanagi in the role of Ryoma, Kimeru as Fuji and Nagayama permanently replacing Ichitaro as Kikumaru. A few weeks before the premiere,Yanagi was involved in a car accident and hospitalized. Kimeru took over as Echizen, Nagayama was shifted to Fuji and Ichitaro was brought back as Kikumaru.
From the 3rd musical he played the role of Kikumaru.
