Nobody NEEDS a parking spot when you look at that picture brought to court. There is a whole street to park, that whole little parking lot that is only for tenants. He's found a spot before, what does he need another spot for now? Also, only the landlord had the authority to remove a car from the spot. Not another tenant who didn't get the closest parking spot.

@waffiki Yes, you're right. He's changed and power has gone to his head. He's like JJ who calls the people before him names when they don't deserve it. And it seems, to me, that he comes down on certain young men heavily. Excuse me for color coding people but in this case it's pertanent(sp). It usually is young men of his own color. And I hadn't been watching his program for a long time because of this but for some reason I went here a few days ago. I've noticed he gives some no chance.

I know you are right. but i lost it when i watched this video. the young man really respected and tried to put his case through- but the abusive judge did not give him a chance,was siding for the young girl and made sure she benefited no matter what and treated him like non-human.
i use to love this judge, little did i know, he's not honorable. i now will not watch any of his videos or programs,he is shamefull.

@911eVoX get over it. Like I said it doesn't matter what race the person who had the car towed was. I'd say the same if it was any other person. It was towed unlawfully. Race doesn't even play a part here. Race only plays a part when you start making silly comments like this.

She had a right to park there. She had an agreement with the landlord. Therefore, she parked legally. She wins. You can't just have someone's car towed from a spot they're lawfully parked in because you "need" the spot. That's what I call a very misguided sense of entitlement. ZERO to do with whether he's African American or Caucasian or any other race for that matter. It doesn't even matter that he acted like an idiot. He had no legal right to do what he did period. That is why he lost.
