That's German accent not Romanian. Romanian accent is something between Portuguese accent and Russian accent.

The dog though sounds pretty good! :)

You think that that is a Romanian accent! It sounds like a bit of a French/German accent. I am from Romania, and you have a horrible accent. Our ar's are rolled, not in the back of our throats. And we also pronounce our i's like double ee's in english.

@dumitrescunuti the Romanian accent is very unique. if we had a russian accent, we wouldn't be able to pronounce english like brits or americans do. I'd go with the Portuguese accent, though they've got dozens of weird sounds. Due the fact that our language is a mix of mostly every European language, learning and speaking a language for us it's easy because, while learning other languages, we'll find a lot of words related to those in our language.

@thebimbettes it refers to the grammar and spelling and overall it is kinda true since most of the foreigners have learned English only in schools... no slang or other thing in their vocabulary
