Yeah once Arturo was killed off it was down hill, and once Wade left I knew it was a sinking ship.

While I enjoyed season 4, and I actually liked Colin as Quinn's brother I hate that they left them how they did.

Season 5 was total horse shit...

yeah the original cast left because the network FOX fucked them by selling the show to the Sci Fi network who started to do different storylines, and fucked up the stories so much in season 5 that even the guy who was the shows lead star left.

When Jerry O. left the show it was downhill quick... He was the backbone of the show, and the show without the original cast just wasn't as good.

That cast had amazing chemistry...

Yeah the pilot for Sliders is as good as any Pilot episode I have ever seen for ANY Sci Fi show... The cast was magic, the story was awesome!

I miss this show, and xfiles so much lol I used to love it when they were both on fox back to back.

For a while it was "Sliders, Lone Gunmen, XFiles" those were the days... :)

Sliders was/is such a kick-ass and unique show. It really should've gone out with a bang rather than dying off slowly as it did. Friggin networks...

I loved sliders so damn much!!! until season 5 it was all good. The worst part about season 5 was how they killed off collin and quinns characters. They were sliding outa a world and were bout to miss the slide and then there like "They made the slide!!!" "Collin and Quinn made it! " and then magicly i guess they didnt make the slide cuz they just dissapeared or whatever that was so damn lame they never even explained it. I loved Quinn mallory. Possibly the greatest protagonist in media HISTORY!

@EvilDOOER / I wish they would have replaced Wade with Maggie instead of Arturo and not have her married from the start. That episode (I think it was called "El Sid") where they rescued that soldier woman from her boyfriend and that war world was interesting because she slid with them twice. She would have been the best choice as the new slider. Have her go up against Logan St. Claire who was the best villian would have made an epic twist.
