One of the problems here is that too many players don't wear their helmet properly. Buckle up that chin strap snug and his head wouldn't have bounced off the ice.

Clean, For Alfredsson anyway, for all the dirty plays he's has done in his NHL carreer. He is a wheasel and a douche.

First off, a veteran player like Alfredsson should have known not to be skating with his head down like he did. And Secondly, Bell might have had Alfy locked in from across the other end of the ice, but it was no elbow. His face just bounced off Bell's arms. This exact hit would be 10 times worse from all the iron he'll be pumping in Prison if it were to happen again. Either way, both teams suck. Leave it at that
