If those students are snoozing and bored listening to a respected, intelligent and concerned Secretary of State from America giving out pointers on how to improve the country, then it's no wonder that U.P., Ateneo, La Salle and UST are ranked in the 300s and 600s compared to other world universities. It was used by his ingrate son junior! for purposes of getting Manny caught unbalanced on the issue. To prove Manny was clean, he accepted Floyd's demand of a 14 cut off point Olympic drug testing, Floyd jr. was silent. Floyd jr. even denied the existence of the negotiations, every one in his camp was silent up to 21 days! That's a fact!
