On Monday, July 19th, newly declared NCAR (North-Carolina American Republic) state citizen Christopher Pierce entered the Mecklenburg County courtroom on special appearance to respond to charges of an expired license plate. Mr. Pierce was jailed by Judge Thomas Moore for appealing the court's decision to forcefully "overrule" his jurisdictional challenge, force arraignment, and then find Mr. Pierce guilty of all charges.

The majority of our rights today have been suspended as a result of the overturning of our original state governments during Reconstruction and the resulting 14th Amendment which made us national, U.S. Citizens, rather than citizens of our individual states. In order to fight against the nationalization of citizenship, you must first declare yourself to be a state citizen and begin to refuse recognizing unconstitutional law as binding. This then creates a conflict which takes you into court where you can fight for your lawful state citizenship.

This fight isn't easy and is most definitely "out of the box." Rather than begging for our rights, we are ASSERTING them. We need folks to rally around brave citizens like Christopher and show up on their day in court. • File a lawsuit against the Judge and all the parties to their crimes against you and bill them for your time.

  • Here is a sure fire answer that works when it comes to court !!

AVOID them / STAY the hell out of them !!!! ...: )

  • To get a drivers licence you have to tell them your a RESIDENT a resident is according to blacks law is one who resides it a place for a period of time for the reciept of a benefit or the discharge of a duty then you signed the application."

  • simply put if we stop attending these corporate courts we will no have this problem, so what can they arrsest everybody and I doubt if they will try

  • Crazy people be crazy...

  • The cops in the jails are even more despotic than the ones on the street.

  • @younitehumanity Some people also file an Affidavit of Truth that essentially states that the carrying of this drivers license is not an agreement to such contract, but an act of necessity, and that you are doing so as a result of force and coercion. Coercion does not create a legal obligation. Capitalization of words is important, but should not be used as the sole basis for any argument. We challenge the lawfulness of Reconstruction.

  • The Judge acted correctly. You can not challenge Jurisdiction if you have State Contracts such as a Driver's License because State is different than state (notice capitalization). Also citizen is different than Citizen...see my videos. Challenging Jurisdiction is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

  • nice

  • I did not hear you mention it. But you have to put your status on file. first you need to file a special appearance. Second you must file a declaration of political status. 3rd. If the judge threatens you with contempt charge, simply note that your are under threat and coercion and that you are following orders under protests and duress. 4th, your argument is made on paper. After judge makes his ruling you challenge it by via the appellet court. I
