Thank you! Hearing this is a great way to start or end the day. Your rendition is perfectly beautiful -- a musical vitamin pill. Your barefeet are a riot -- too funny! You won't hear old hymns in the Lutheran churches anymore -- thank God for You Tube. I wish I could download this. God Bless You!

This is such a nice old hymn that you don't hear often - I know it has a number of different settings but this tune is the one I like best. It always reminds me of a freeezing cold morning in January for some reason, much like we've had lately! Just had to tell you too, I still listen to your hymns regularly and still love your site and playing so much. I'm thankful it's here to enjoy, as I'm sure many other people are. Your music truly is a blessing to many. Thanks much, happy new year!

I say the same. This hymn is wonderful for me. I´m a Traditional Protestante Lutheran. Many of the hymns you share here take me back to that time too. They are treasures of the past and still so relevant for me. I also pray they are not lost and forgotten in the contemporary worship and praise movements of today. What a wonderful Hymn. I grew up in a small Reformed church in Pennsylvania. Many of the Hymns you share here take me back to that time. They are treasures of the past and still so relevant for today. I pray they are not lost and forgotten in the contempoary worship and praise movements of today. Thank you for these wonderful vidios.
