Can you recommend a "starter" kit for a nail tech who has been working with Bio Sculpture soak off gel who wants to break into nail art? I'm looking for the basics I need to practice a few of these stiletto nails without breaking the bank to give it a go.
Last question, what are the "petals" made of and are they bought made or are they made ahead of time by the nail tech.

@gelsbyjanice: The petals are all made from acrylic and were handmade for these nails; they weren't purchased.
As for an acrylic starter kit, you might want to try Star Nail; it has some good deals on acrylic starter kits. You might want to also explore Young Nails as well as ibd. Best of luck!

These nails were built with acrylic. They have a UV gel top coat on them for shine, but they are, for the most part, acrylic.
