great videos you can also train improving these skills with a kick ball as the kick ball is elasticated you can dribble with it keeping the ball close but also practice passing a receiving on your own its the wall pass without the wall. Look at the video kick balls are available to purchase

@santaclaus93 the hop helps you adjust your foot and keep balanced. We should all be light on our feet and learn to use the non kicking foot better.
