It is estimated that by 2012 1/3 of the US population will have diabetes...1/3 of the population! I think you'll agree, the American diet needs an overhaul. There are two types of food: whole food and processed food. Research shows a high correlation between a diet high in processed food and diet related health problems such as diabetes. So what exactly is a whole food? Great question! This video will teach you the difference between a whole food and a processed one.   • OMG! 2 years old drinking Pepsi. My gosh. I have discovered that people in my own family have shunned me for talking about healthy eating. They laugh in my face and taunt me with their sugary oily processed foods. Shame right!

  • ALARMING! Today I was having a nice fruit and in front of me there was a 'mom' feeding her 2 y/o little daugher with Pepsi, I almost call the police for such a CRIME, but then I remembered that kind of practices are perfectly legitimate..

    And TV programs controled by rich men guys who promote medication and so on (lottery, casino, movie with violence, stupid advertisement, alcohol).

  • wow. Ive been going back to God-made foods, rather than man-made/processed foods, the less man messes with the foods, the better for you. I am dropping a lote over year- after having 5 pregnacies & had diabetes. I went atkins- but with greens as my carb!!

  • I live a carboydrate regulated lifestyle. Carbohydrates that I do take in are from wholefoods. I do NOT eat processed food and have lost a ton of weight. I eat fruit, nuts, 100% whole grain, meat with fat, whole eggs, and I'm doing fantasic. I'm so convinced I'm going to become a deitican and tell people.
