Sounds like he was going for some kind of Digable Planets kind of thing with some Vanilla Ice mixed in. Pretty fucked up and pointless.

He kept the theme and style of it pretty underground, if you ask me. And he could easily have sold millions, if he went with the whole beverly hills fame. So props to him, this is before Eminem even hit the radar.
