Tsanakalis Pontian Lyra Kalamaria 1999 karsilamas

This is a video I recorded at the "Krometes" club in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki Greece 1999. Its Tsanakali, who had just had open heart surgery and still smoked and drank!!!! The Toumberleki is kir Niko who runs the cafe (visit him and say hi)... what a night, the singers name is Miltiadi and the old man dancing is Christo Kebabidi who also played lyra.....

Tsanakali passed away not long after (2000)?

I got him to play this b/c its my favourite song and he playes it on his Album with Sofia Papadopoulou...

Hello pontian69, thank you for sharing this wonderful video clip ;-) I'd like to point some thing out, another song called "bir tas attim alica" seems extremely close to what lyrist Tsanakalis is playing. I will not make any comments on behalf of myself, however, perhaps you can explain something ;-)
