i wonder why the journelist was so surprised by amins obsession with military ritual. He was conditioned to this during his youth. As far as I can see the man was a product of colonial Africa. Just imagine how different things would have been (right upto Amins time and today) If atleast, in the last 50 years the colonial powers treated the colonies with love, respect and humanity.
