G-Force is the second dub of the series from the 80's. Battle of the Planets is the first dub from 78. Original Gatchaman was in 72.

when it aired in the 70's it didnt have that damned robot! It was awesomeand they should have left it alone LOL

At least this Japanese song sounds similar to one of the background songs in Battle of the Planets... usually, when they were piloting the Phoenix. Love Mark, Jason, Tiny, Princess and Keop. One of my 1st Anime loves. lol

My biggest problem with the Sandy Frank version is the fact they had to cheese up the cartoon by adding 7-Crap-7 to fill the holes created by censoring the violence and the plot holes. If you have a chance to watch the Japanese versions (subtitled) they are awesome. Gotchaman, Gotchaman!!
