The video starts in the proximal colon. The mucosa in this area initially appeared normal; the hemorrhage is iatrogenic (biopsies had already been obtained). At the 15 second mark, the scope backs into the circumferential portion of the tumor. At the 29 second mark, the tumor can be seen from the direction of the anus. From this direction it appears to be lobulated. Most of the hemorrhage seen at this point is iatrogenic as some biopsies have been obtained but this tissue bled easily.
