This soldier in Iraq had an HP printer which quit working. He contacted HP tech support for help to fix it. HP told the soldier that he would have to pay them for the advice. Watch this 60 second video for his response to them. I don't know how many folks will end up seeing this ........but HP customer relations probably wish they had helped him out or even sent him a new printer. I'm sure they will get the message loud and clear if thousands of people spread this around the world
The problem is obvious, that calibre is incompatible with that model. :P

I bet if you were a member of Congress they would have sent you a new printer. BTW, Why does a member of Congress make more money and get more perks than a member of our fighting forces. We need to tell Congress this needs to be changed.

It's called capitalism. The ability for a company like HP or any other to sell support is exactly what all these soldiers are "defending". LOL

Ktmrider stfu. You need to appreciate our soldiers. You have no respect what so ever . I didn't know there was a proper way of saying Iraq.

To ktmrider53: There is actually more than one correct pronunciation for the word Iraq. You, however, did not spell the contraction "don't" correctly.
