We have had many a customer return the Lyla due to not operating as promised/outlined in their literature. If the wearer actually crossed her legs as shown in this video, the item would not respond to the remote. We have done lots of testing only to come to the same conclusion. If she had her legs apart and he was a foot from her with it pointed right at her, then it would work, but definitely not from across the room. The other non-remote controlled Lelo items are great! Buyer beware.
