Why call them contractors when they clearly are mercenaries,this "contractors" bs is just like "collateral damage" for civilian casualties.You'd wish that atleast the journalist would have some integrity and call it for what it is.

a strict regime of tests & training b4 the decision is made on wether or not these men should be able to work for any contracting company again.It would have to be done on a case by case basis, Becasue i honostly think 1 or 2 guys completly paniced & in a situation like that others are going to follow suit & back u up. I dont see a problem with these men explaining what happened in a court. If for nothing else just to show,if you think you can kill innocent people in any country your wrong. I am not saying these men did anythign wrong but regaurdless innocent people died and the world deserves an explaination.When a bomb goes off & ur lead vehichle is dissabled from gun fire it makes it very easy to panic and fire.If that is the case then they should not be charged criminally,but should have to undergo

I still cant make a disision on whether or not these men actually did this intentionally.I mean a car bomb did go off small arms fire did dissable their lead vehichle. THOSE ARE FACTS!innocent people did die(which is allways sad no matter what country they are from)but when u live in a warzone shit like this can happen. I mean when the army shot up a whole wedding becasue they didnt know the AK fire was in celabration it was kept out of the news. So this could have been a case of panic.but IDK

@L0vethehater no mercenaries are a tad different then security contractors. just because these guys have the training & the means to protect themselves(in a warzone!& prolly the most dangerous place on earth right now) doesn not make them mercenaries.These men are charged with protecting "nouns"People places things, that is all they do. During war everyone is really busy so instead of drafting a bunch of undertrained 18 yearolds they have exsoldiers doing glorified gaurd duty. That is all it is

As you all seem to believe the media isn't Corrupted; to let you hear what they want you to hear. If you shoot at someone paid to protect someone. They should just surrender. @robi2000 Your absolutly corect. There SHOULD have been some sort of "Oversight" that regulated Blackwater and the other contractors there. Be it the ROE from the DMJ, or something, heck ANYTHING other then the "wild west" it was back then.

So everyone knows, it is NOT like that now, at ALL. There are ROE in place and dedicated oversight of all contractors.
