It's not minor damage. We got the WORST part of the storm, it was just a category 1. New Orleans got hardly anything, so the reporters there all rushed to Baton Rouge, which was hit way more.

ok, is it true baton rouge doesnt have power at the moment, and what about cellphomes signal? or water... plz i need u to asnwer this. im glad ur family or u are ok.

Cellphones: At the moment, they work. But when the storm hit, AT&T towers were down or some crap like that. It was something weird like that, but it had something to do with the towers and bad weather. All other companies phones worked though.

Water: Everyone has water. But without the power running, we couldn't have water from the fridge, or ice from it either. If I was there when we had no power, I wouldve had to drink a lot of that stuff. It was usually 95 every day.

pineville and alexandria were hit really badly a tree almost crushed my house

we lost power at 100 pm and the real storm didnt even hit until 800 pm thats when the huge tree fell it sounded like an explosion i was playing brawl when this happened yes i played the wii even when the power was out thanksto a generator

i was so scared when the storm hit...we had trees falling all around the house but we were lucky they didn't hit the house...i live in baton rouge too

we had no power, lots of roof damage and branches down every where.

roof damage led to leak damage in one room--very extensive

minor in one other room
