Today while sparring, I used this method and landed a desent counter hook, and I was able to absord alot of punches. I am very thankful that you're posting these videos and sharing your knowledge for free. Thank you so very much. P.S Ive only been Boxing for alittle over a month.

good video but isn't it better to block punches with both of your gloves instead of just one? because if you cover your face up with two gloves your opponent has even less room to punch you in the face where as if your just blocking with one they can hit you a little easier... anyone?
