  • Canola in its raw form is toxic. After being processed most of the toxins are removed, but it still has some toxins and is now not raw and heavily processed. Also, a good amount of canola contains GMO or GMO hybrid because of crop contamination. In either form, in my opinion, not a food.

  • @LloydChristmas777 That could be, I had to go off the heavy pre-workouts because they made me irritated and then more irritated when I was off them thru he withdrawl

  • salad is most definently a good choice for your diet. even adding fruit, and some sort of protein. but what helps the lower abs? so your stomach becomes flat.
