(sing from lyrics here)
This raga is called TILAK KAMOD in Hindustani. (It is called NALINAKAANTHI in the Carnatic system.)
Here is a simple exposition of the raga. Initially the typical swaras are exhibited. Then the song follows. This is to be sung in teen taal. However, I have done this very plainly.
The song (chota khyal):
STHAAYEE:
Neer bharan kaise, jaoon sajni ab
(To fill water in pots, how to go now, my friend)
Dagar chalat mose, karat raar ab
(As I walk the path, he-Krishna-teases me)
(dagar=path) (mose=mujhe) (raar=mischief)
ANTARAA:
Aiso chanchal chapal hatnatkhat
(such active clever mischiefmaker)
Maanat nahin kahoon ki baat
(does not accept any reason)
Binati karat main to
(I have been pleading)
Gayee ri haar ab
(I have failed now)

Yes, reverb and compression etc could have been avoided from the fixed settings! But that is a minor matter. The main idea was to give a feel of the raga to beginners and I hope that is fulfilled! Thanks for your appreciation and comments! Cheers and regards! vs gopal
