History
2007-08: Chosen in the first round, seventh overall, by the Shawinigan Cataractes.
2008-09: In his QMJHL rookie season, Bournival played in 46 games for the Cataractes. He scored 11 goals and added 11 assists for 22 points, going +13 on the season while compiling 29 penalty minutes. In 21 playoff games, he scored 1 goal and picked up 3 assists for 4 points.
2009-10: Bournival played in 58 games for the Cataractes, scoring 24 goals and adding 38 assists for 62 points. He played in 6 playoff games, scoring 2 goals and chipping in 2 assists for 4 points. Played for Team Orr at the 2010 CHL Top Prospects Game. Played for Team Canada at the 2010 Under-18 WJC.

I like him. I don't cheer for the Canadiens but he'd be the reason (along with Carey Price and Nathan Beaulieu) that I'd cheer for them.
