CMC Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé Blue 1955 M-088 (Rudolf Uhlenhaut's company car)

All good things gone by two! As you might noticed, CMC slightly altered this well known and often used saying. But CMC just don`t want to leave our standard Uhlenhaut Coupe with red interior (item number M-076) for much longer all alone in its show case. So what would be more obvious than making also the second Uhlenhaut Coupe? In this case the personal company car of Rudolf Uhlenhaut as a high-end model of the extra class. So finally the blue one will join his red brother.And to make this release even more special, CMC devoted this model to the 125th anniversary of Mercedes that will take place in 2011. This model is worldwide limited to just 4,000 pieces and a more than worthy representative of this anniversary and the 125 year of automotive history.

Too bad that they "only" changed the color of the interior, added the muffler but forgot to also change the front. The real "blue" 300 SLR has orange indicators and is missing the spikes next to the star.

Still thinking about getting one :)

@geakkeharry Het is zeker een prachtig model ik ga eens kijken op die site:) veel plezier met het model alvast! ik wacht nog op de Bugatti 57 atlantic van CMC dat word ook een fantastisch model:D
