This is an overview of how the oil industry has created the situations we face today with the support of Congress and several administrations. Karl Schwartz gives an excellent discourse based on FBI files of how Unocal and factions of our government managed to undermine contracts between Bridas Corporation and the Taliban for the building of the Trans-Afghan Pipeline. Essentially, Unocal made a counter offer which was never quite accepted by the Taliban. Then after 9/11, George Bush declared they were terrorists and used our military forces to chase Bridas and the Taliban out, giving Unocal access to $11 to $12 TRILLION worth of oil in the Caspian Basin. Complicity is an inside job!

@LTFPeace You are right and American government is sinful but I hope you are not refering to the koran and trying to say that muslim countries are much better? Saudi arabia (muslim country number 1) is deeply involved in these schemes. So are all the little oil states around the kaspian sea.

@CCDevlin @CCDevlin no. they are cowards for falling for their greed of money ( the leaders that is) and leaving their people to fend for themselves. If they were following the Quran, they would not behave like that.
