As for lubrication, the oil can be injected between the piston rings. This engine looks marvelous, Saves space and weight, and with just 15 parts or so would be easy to build.

Hope to see this utilized in the near future.

yes, but it would loose that oil when piston passes exhaust port.
It must be lubricated like wankel or two stroke !

Yeah seeing Michael Raines caught me off guard too.

how are those pistons going to get lubriction other then oil injection or premixes. it has more problems then a wankel.

Isn't it convenient that this guy avoids the one test that would prove that this engine works. A single video of this engine just idling would mean much more then any of the plastic and tin models he has shown up to this point. But that's all he has shown, because that's all he has - plastic toys that barely run on compressed air.
