EMPREINTES (Un hommage à l'inconnu de Tiananmen)

Michel Granger, artiste peintre Français, a rendu hommage par une série de peintures monumentales à l'inconnu de la place Tiananmen de Pékin qui s'opposait à une colonne de chars le 5 juin 1989. Michel Granger a créé deux performances, en 1992 et en 2007 en utilisant et en faisant rouler sur des toiles de 10 mètres de long des chars d'assaut, AMX 30, Leclerc et des engins blindés à roues R10 RC. The french painter Michel Granger paid a tribute to the unknown man (sometimes called the « Tankman ») who confronted a line of tanks in Tiananmen Square, Beijing on June 5, 1989, in creating a series of monumental paintings. Michel Granger set up two performances, in 1992 and 2007, using and getting combat tanks and armoured vehicles rolling onto 30 ft long canvases.
