I think you have to finish all the time trails in one area (i.e. egypt, peru, city ect) to get somehing

Sure, just after starting the Obelisk of Khamoon, you'll have to kill Lara by jumping down to the bottom platform, surrounding the obelisk in the water. After that, you'll respawn in Laras Mansion! Just finish the Mansion as shown in the video below and that's it. ;)
