Luke and Laura discuss lies vs. truthful eyes; 1980

This conversation occurs in the Spring of 1980 when Luke is unwillingly becoming more involved with Frank Smith, and Laura (although still proclaiming her love for Scotty) is feeling sparks between Luke and herself. Laura begins by sharing her stress with Luke over the ongoing lies she's had to tell because of Luke's entanglements with Frank Smith and the mob. Bobbie encourages Luke to continue doing whatever is necessary to keep them all safe. Almost at the same time, Lesley and Laura are having a heart-to-heart talk about honesty. Finally, Luke lets Laura know that he sees love in her eyes, regardless of her words to the contrary.

Thanks for posting labk! I no longer watch GH since I can't stand to see idiotLuke say things he would never say if he were truly himself. I hate Guza and his cohorts. However, watching this video, I am aware of how the true Luke would react to any one trying to take Laura's place. It just wouldn't happen. Just like he said in the cabin - I never tried to replace you - I couldn't. Nobody can hold the place you have in my heart. Just remember, one of his lungs will always breathe for Laura
