  • @SupaMetalYo The term 'hipster' is thrown around way too much. This guy seems pretty down to earth. Just because someone has strong opinions and can express them intelligently does not make them a 'hipster.' His comments about the band not being a 'black metal' band is common among musicians. Chuck from Death did not consider his band Death Metal, and Lemmy from Motorhead did not think of his band as a metal band, and neither did/does Neurosis. Artists dont like being pigeonholed in general.

  • I wish his top lip moved more.

  • I'm really starting to hate the word "hipster", it's quickly becoming the new fucking mindlessly thrown about insult like "emo" before it. Shut the fuck up with the inaccurately used, canned insults already; it's really pretentious and laughable.

  • The interviewer is a total butt head....sorry, lame delivery of questions...WITTR is a great dark metal, ( whatever that truly means), band and Aaron and Nathan Weaver as well as other members of the band, i think, are very highly intelligent, aware and conscious of life/world...i respect them/ their views.

  • Your not gonna see a bunch of drunk twats throwing each other into the floor and sweating all over each other at this bands shows. your gonna see a sonic world invoked and your mind and body will be crushed. If this is "hipster" because this dude can clearly state his views and hes not some clown dressed in spikes and paint than your views are skewed. Just because this bands on your non metal friends playlist means this band is beyond metal and beyond genres and their capturing people.
