Everyone that hates on a muscle car wrapped in 4 big has got to be kidding me! Not everyone that has a beastly car has to act uncivilized. It would be better on 17/18 or even 18/19 but a big car with big wheels and 4 door is begging for luxury not competition. Face it, want american muscle and make it proper? As long as the rims aren't too big, i see no problem. Those are the right size rims for that charger and it looks nice.
