Ask him...out of the 39 million, how much was spent on adoption and how much to re-unify the family. That's the important question that wasn't asked. Most removals could be prevented if they offered the services they're supposed to with that money.

It's a terrifying situation. I don't have children so can't even begin to imagine the horror of losing kids into a corrupt system like this!

Sorry about the double post.

The director is correct: it doesn't make sense that the state would pay 29 if it receives 1. That's worse. Federally or state funded. It's no different than building prisons, stadiums or bridges to nowhere that taxpayers don't need or want. It's a system. A system that keeps people like this director employed. Problem is: Some laws are faulty, others not, but these bastards break laws with impunity. And there should never be an incentive (even a senseless one) for destroying families.

@Bizziboy Easier said then done.CPS has been doing this since the late 1900's and nothing has been done to them.Don't think it will ever happen either.I'll keep fighting to shut them down or at least try to get them reformed. But until everyone is on the same page I believe it's going to continue to happen no matter what.

This fraud is happening throughout our Nation. It takes much less than seventeen minutes in NH to steal a child!

When does it make financial sense for a state agency to spend $39M to make $1M in federal subsidies? When TAXPAYERS are paying the $39M AND the $1M. The million federal dollars are just an added bonus.
Every government program inevitably increases in size, with budgets that increase every year. The percentage from federal versus state funds is meaningless when both are funded with tax dollars.
It is fundamentally immoral to sell babies. There should NEVER be a financial incentive.
Get use to it.They figured out how to make money off our kids and it's going to continue. There is just to many people that believe in CPS and Adoption Agencies and think they are doing a wonderful job. I myself would love to see CPS and Adoption Agencies defunded and shut down. But I'm only one person,so it will never happen.

@ashatbulaparanormal 6 years ago I could have said the same thing. Now hundreds of thousands of us are saying it and the number will continue to grow. If you don't think people will hear you then you do what you must to ensure they do.
