Its all graffiti banksy is a copy rat.Its also done with stencils.Its graffiti, under the name of street art and should be removed. Otherwise any tom dick and harry will be tagging everywhere under the name of street art but what wanksy done ( with stencils ) to team ? Robbo's work under the bridge at regents canal, was a twats trick.

Well done hackney council. Banksy is a rip off artist from a french guy. He ripped off the rat because he is a rat himself.
